The Enneagram is more than your average personality test. It is a tool of inner discovery and growth that helps to identify core ingredients that make up one’s sense of self. Enneagram coaching, by extension, is the process of using this tool and the framework it provides in order to come to a greater understanding of self and others.

RE|formation Coaching offers three different levels of one-on-one Enneagram typing and coaching:
Enneagram Deep Dive: Identity and The Path to Change
3 months
By gaining a deeper understanding your Enneagram type, you are more able to catch when you are operating on autopilot. By giving you a foundation of understanding about your habitual patterns, it then illuminates a path of growth by showing you where and how RE|formation is possible.
When we can see where we’ve been living on auto-pilot and unconsciously repeating patterns, we’re empowered to start telling new stories. And we finally begin making choices that align to our truth.
In this 6-session series for those who are already fairly certain of their Enneatype, we will dive more deeply into the various layers of the Enneagram. We will use the Enneagram as a tool for deepening your self-awareness and strengthening your relationship with others by setting goals for your coaching sessions and by identifying and discussing stress and growth points. We will also dig deeper into your wings, triads, level of development, childhood patterns, defense mechanisms, and communication patterns.
Sessions may include reading and practices you can do in order to keep working with the Enneagram when our sessions are over.
Ongoing Enneagram Coaching for Deep RE|formation
6-12 Months
Ongoing Enneagram Coaching sessions are intended to take a focused and intentional deep dive into the areas YOU want to grow and develop. We will work on specific areas of growth (unhealthy patterns, character stress points, irrational or self-limiting thought patterns, relationship issues, emotional triggers, etc.) in order for you to become the YOU that you were created to be.
This gives you the ability to:
- See yourself and the world with a different perspective
- Show up as your true self—aligned, whole-hearted and passionate
- Stop living in denial of the aspects of yourself that hold you back
- To take an honest look at your vulnerabilities, flaws and propensity for certain unhealthy behaviors
- Stop acting out of habit but rather choose to respond with intent
- Spot when you’re off balance and how to get back on track
- Quickly identify and release negative emotions, limiting beliefs, and habitual behaviors
- Turn personal struggles into opportunities for life-enhancing personal empowerment
Confront the dark parts of yourself, and work to banish them with illumination and forgiveness. Your willingness to wrestle with your demons will cause your angels to sing.

When you explore yourself through the lens of the Enneagram, you’re invited to take off your “first formation” glasses and see yourself as you’re really are—the natural gifts and contributions you’ve been holding back and the fears and defenses that have been holding you back.
E-Course: The Enneagram and Chronic Illness
Chronic illness is a challenge and everyone reacts to that challenge differently. Knowing how your type might think and feel about your illness gives you insight into your behavior (or that of a loved one) surrounding your illness and the motivations behind it.
Join me as I explore the nine enneatypes THROUGH THE LENS OF CHRONIC ILLNESS and examine how each different personality:
- Deals with chronic illness differently;
- Has different needs throughout the process;
- Will respond with differing emotions and beliefs; and
- Can uniquely grow through their experience.
The disruption chronic illness creates brings both losses and gains to our sense of self.
Functionalish
The Enneagram and Chronic Illness is a self-guided online course. In the first lesson, you’ll be introduced to the Enneagram and the nine enneatypes, then in each of the following nine lessons you will dive into a different enneatype with particular focus on how each INDIVIDUAL TYPE might interpret and respond to chronic illness, including:
- The emotions that might be attached to your illness and its effects
- Where your strengths and weaknesses lie
- Habitual patterns that may help or harm you
- Roles you may take on
- Your particular challenges of being chronically ill
- How you are likely to relate to medical professionals
- What you most need from others
- How to care for your type
After looking at each of the nine types individually, the course ends with two final teachings—one on growth areas for each Enneatype and the other on tips and tools for ongoing RE|formation—for a total of 12 lessons.
Online courses are self-paced and as soon as you buy, you have access. You decide how, when, and where you’ll complete each course. Each module packs valuable lessons alongside thought-provoking exercises. Which means that if you put in the work, you’ll come out of this with a newfound understanding of why you respond to your illness the way you do, what undercurrents are driving habitual responses, what holds you back from expectant acceptance, and what your next steps should be.
